Its renowned bartender, Daniel Madeddu, winner of prestigious international awards, has chosen the firms Nikka and The House of Suntory to offer an exquisite selection of whiskies to delight and appreciate at La Terrassa del Claris all the richness of the nature and craftsmanship of Japan that is savoured in this drink. The two premium brands, one of the oldest distilleries of Japanese whisky, have a long history of tradition and are among the most highly regarded in the world.
Among the different Japanese whiskies that can be enjoyed at La Terrassa del Claris are those of the house of Nikka: Taketzuru (created in honour of the founder; with a strong character, a golden colour and a Scotch flavour), From the Barrel (a select selection of the best single malts of the house, which brings out the full spirit of its distilleries), and Miyagikyo (the distillery is located in a natural paradise that is reflected in the result); and the whiskies of The House of Suntury: Hibiki Harmony (awarded the prize for the best whisky in the world), Yamazaky (distilled in a pure spring water reflourishment with a strong flavour and herbal nuances) and Hakushu (fresh, with aromas of fruit salad, mint and a smoky touch).
