Nexe AmicsUAB: Water Poverty - Experiences and adaptation strategies in municipalities of Barcelona

On 13 May at 6 pm at the Mestre Martí Tauler Library (Rubí), professors and researchers David Saurí, Gustavo Romero and Jordi Nadal will give a lecture on water poverty in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

David Saurí, Gustavo Romero and Jordi Nadal, lecturers and researchers at the UAB Department of Geography specialising in human geography and physical geography, dedicate their studies to environmental and social dynamics. In this session, they will analyse the experiences of families affected by the lack of access to water, the adaptation strategies they have developed and the challenges to ensure an equitable distribution of this essential resource.

This conference will be an opportunity to better understand an increasingly relevant issue in the context of climate change and natural resource management.
