Dark humor under debate in a new session of the 2nd Cycle "Un Cafè de Dret" in Sabadell

The second session of the 2nd Cycle Un Cafè de Dret, held at the headquarters of the Bosch i Cardellach Foundation in Sabadell, brought together around thirty people in a meeting that stood out for the interest and participation of the audience.

Under the title Dark Humor in Relation to Law, Morality and Aesthetics, the session featured presentations by Dr. Marc Puig, Professor of Philosophy of Law, and Dr. Marc H. Vallés, Professor of Legal History and Institutions, both affiliated with the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Throughout the discussion, complex issues were addressed regarding the limits of dark humor and its relationship with law, morality, and aesthetic values, generating an enriching debate among attendees.

The cycle, held at the Bosch i Cardellach Foundation, aims to bring legal knowledge closer to the public from an academic yet accessible perspective, encouraging reflection on current issues. The session was moderated by Professor and AmicsUAB Secretary Joan Lluís Pérez Francesch, who guided the discussion and encouraged audience participation.

The next session of the 2nd Cycle Un Cafè de Dret will take place on May 14 and will feature Montserrat Iglesias and Joan Amenós. You can register by clicking here.
