The Fundació Bosch i Cardellach in Sabadell hosted yesterday a new session of the II Cicle Un Cafè de Dret, an initiative that continues to establish itself as a space for reflection and legal debate open to the public. The event brought together attendees interested in exploring current issues from an academic yet accessible perspective.
Under the title “Liability Responsibility: Cases for Debate”, the session featured Montserrat Iglesias and Joan Amenós, professors of Administrative Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. During the conference, several cases related to liability responsibility and the legal challenges they raise were discussed, encouraging a participatory debate among attendees.
The cycle includes the participation of UAB professors from different legal specializations, with the aim of fostering spaces for debate and the dissemination of legal knowledge. This session was moderated by Anna Capellà, who guided and facilitated the discussion between the speakers and the audience.
The next session of the II Cicle Un Cafè de Dret will take place on May 28 under the title “Freedom of Expression and Information on Social Media: Possible Criminal Limits”, featuring Antoni Cardona and Joan Baucells.
