On Tuesday, September 28th, the Ordinary Assembly of 2023 was held at Torre Vila Puig, the entity’s headquarters, with the participation of the members of the Board of Directors and several AmicsUAB members.
The session began with the withdrawal of one of the agenda items and the call for an Extraordinary Assembly for next Tuesday, October 17th, with a single item on the agenda: the approval, if appropriate, of the entity's new statutes.
It was decided that the Assembly would be presided over by Ramón Vilanova and that Joan Lluís Pérez Francesch would act as the secretary of the meeting.
The minutes of the previous Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of 2022 were approved unanimously.
Next, the President presented her report, explaining that this first year of the new Board had been used to settle in and organize the entity, reviewing the work done by the various working committees.
Treasurer Francesc Cayuela detailed the 2022 accounts and the 2023 budget, which, after the necessary explanations, were approved unanimously.
Finally, an open floor discussion was held, during which the members of the Board addressed the different concerns expressed by the other members.
