Second edition of the “Un Cafè de Dret” series at the Bosch i Cardellach Foundation

We present the second edition of the lecture series “Un Cafè de Dret”, an initiative that invites reflection on legal and current issues from an academic perspective. The sessions will take place at the Bosch i Cardellach Foundation in Sabadell and will be delivered by professors and lecturers of Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

  • June 4: Jessica Andrea Romero and Matteo Avogaro – The Preliminary Hearing in Disciplinary Proceedings: Jurisprudential Keys and a Comparative Perspective
  • June 11: Laura Cappuccio and Zuley Fernández – The Use and Misuse of Decree-Laws in Spain: Limits, Controls and Current Debates

Moderators: Santiago Robert and Alfredo Ramírez

After each lecture, we will publish a short video capsule in which the speakers briefly summarise the topic discussed. These capsules will be available on our website and social media, allowing audiences to access the key points of each session in a concise and accessible way.
