The UAB Publications Service has announced the release of a new book that aims to shed light on the foundations of scientific research. Titled "The Keys to Scientific Research", written by Julio Mario Hoyos and Juan Carlos Moreno.
To mark the book's release, a presentation will be held on Thursday, January 25th, at 7 PM, at the Documenta bookstore, located at 144 Pau Claris Street, Barcelona. The event will feature Daniel Rico, professor and director of the Department of Art and Musicology at UAB, and director of the collection «El espejo y la lámpara»; Álvaro Serrano Morrás, a Biology graduate from UAB, holder of a master's degree in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University, and a PhD candidate at the University of Barcelona, along with the book’s authors.
The book seeks to answer questions such as how science works or what are the main methods used in scientific research, among others. All this is presented in non-specialized language with an educational purpose, making it a guide to scientific research.
At the book presentation, you’ll discover all this and much more. From AmicsUAB, we encourage you to attend!
