Last Friday, July 17, AmicsUAB held an Extraordinary General Assembly to elect the organization's new Board of Directors. The vote concluded the electoral process that began in May, in accordance with the schedule approved by the Assembly.
A single slate of candidates was presented for these elections, led by the current president of AmicsUAB, Susanna Baqué López, and largely composed of people who are already part of the current Board. The slate was unanimously elected by the members participating in the Assembly.
The new Board of Directors will take office in December 2026 and will be composed of:

The new term will continue the work carried out over the past few years and will also incorporate new perspectives to continue growing the organization and strengthening its ties with the University, the region, and society.
